Description
This stretch intensive is great for when the miles are building and the body is in need of some active recovery. Or for helping you hit the road again after a lay-off! This 2 hour class will target all the ‘hot spots’ related to running and leaves participants feeling lighter and a little more balanced - like they’ve had a body tune-up. The class will combine dynamic, strength building work and deeper, longer holdings of poses. This session is a great way to experience yoga at a more introductory level. Suitable for those with or without yoga experience.
