Description:
This stretch intensive is great for when the miles are building and the body is in need of some active recovery.  Or for helping you hit the road again after a lay-off! This 2 hour class will target all the 'hot spots' related to running and leaves participants feeling lighter and a little more balanced - like they've had a body tune-up. The class will combine dynamic, strength building work and deeper, longer holdings of poses.  This session is a great way to experience yoga at a more introductory level.   Suitable for those with or without yoga experience.
