

Tina began running in her early 20's as a way to stay in shape and enjoy the outdoors. By her mid 20's running races and triathlon races were just part of her lifestyle and by her late 20's so were injuries. Tina refused to accept that it should be a part of daily life to either live with discomfort or to stop running. After incorporating Yoga into her training schedule, she was not only amazed by the results but intrigued. Since then Tina traveled to India where she completed her Yoga Teacher Certification and her Yoga for Therapy Certification. She has been teaching for over 2 years and currently runs two studios. Both studios carry Christine Felstead's Yoga for RunnersTM Programs to encourage Runners and Athletes to keep healthy and on the road.
Tina continues to run and participate recreationally in triathlons. She has successfully completed 7 half marathons and over 10 triathlons including 3 Olympic Distance Races. Tina also participates in squash, golf, hiking, canoeing, skiing, rock climbing and is more injury free!
