Certified to teach Christine Felstead's Yoga for RunnersT, Toronto, Canada. Acting as agent to introduce and expand this program's availability within Italy. Also involved in programming, translation and promotion with local Italian running and yoga magazines (Correre, Yoga Journal Italia) to spread the message of using yoga to cross-train to avoid injury and stay healthy. |
