" After the first class I quickly realized that this was not the yoga experience I thought it was going to be...I was instantly hooked! I found Christine's compelling style of instructing, not only educational, but extremely motivational. Her considerable knowledge of anatomy and physiology made learning and understanding the poses so much more effective and useful. I can say with all honesty that this workshop has helped me to be a better runner by improving on my breathing, increasing my flexibility, balance and overall "body awareness", meaning that I am conscious of my postures and muscles working not only during my runs, but in everyday life. I highly recommend runners to indulge in Christine's charismatic tutelage, and challenge yourself to be a better runner. "
