Offered once a year. Treat yourself to an active getaway that will leave you feeling relaxed and energized. Enjoy running, walking and cycling in the clean country air, and vigorous yoga classes designed specifically for runners’ needs.
- Arrive Friday afternoon, in time for a restoring mobility and gentle yoga class followed by a delicious dinner and welcoming remarks.
- Experience organized runs on Saturday & Sunday through picturesque routes. (Walking and cycling options as well.)
- Enjoy four yoga classes over the weekend. The classes will be a mix of relaxing and vigorous, always fun and accessible for all levels of experience.
- Free time to explore the area’s attractions or curl up with a book.
- Abundant, delicious and satisfying vegetarian cuisine. The chefs are amazing!
- Depart Sunday afternoon, feeling energized and refreshed!
